Share Interests of Directors andĀ Persons Discharging Managerial ResponsibilitiesĀ (PDMRs)Ā
The Company has been notifiedĀ todayĀ that the Directors and PDMRs listed below have subscribed for and have been allotted the followingĀ ordinary shares of 1p eachĀ Ā ("Shares")Ā inĀ the Company, atĀ an issueĀ price of 26pĀ per Share,Ā pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and Firm PlacingĀ ("the Offer") announcedĀ by the Company on 5 March 2009.
The Offer was approved by the shareholders atĀ anĀ Extraordinary General Meeting held on Monday, 23 March 2009 andĀ theĀ Shares were unconditionally allotted andĀ admitted to trading today.
