Share Interests of Directors andΒ Persons Discharging Managerial ResponsibilitiesΒ (PDMRs)Β
The Company has been notifiedΒ todayΒ that the Directors and PDMRs listed below have subscribed for and have been allotted the followingΒ ordinary shares of 1p eachΒ Β ("Shares")Β inΒ the Company, atΒ an issueΒ price of 26pΒ per Share,Β pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and Firm PlacingΒ ("the Offer") announcedΒ by the Company on 5 March 2009.
The Offer was approved by the shareholders atΒ anΒ Extraordinary General Meeting held on Monday, 23 March 2009 andΒ theΒ Shares were unconditionally allotted andΒ admitted to trading today.
