NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited on 13 September 2011 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2011 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9.55p in 3 years time.
