Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 June 2012 the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company consists of 345,891,490 ordinary shares with a nominal value of US$0.02 each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 345,891,490.
The above figure of 345,891,490 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
