Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Mr Robin Pinchbeck, a PDMR of the Company has notified the Company that he and his wife have undertaken the following transactions today:
Mr Robin Pinchbeck sold 1,120,000 shares to his wife, Bridget Pinchbeck, for 513p per share and gifted 60,000 shares to a family trust. Mrs Pinchbeck subsequently gifted 60,000 shares to a separate family trust. In addition, Mr Robin Pinchbeck sold a further 6,349 shares for an average price of 513.62p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Robin Pinchbeck has no shares in the Company and Mrs Bridget Pinchbeck has 1,060,000 shares in the Company, which comprises 0.31% of the current shares in issue. Neither of the family trusts referred to are currently connected to Mr and Mrs Pinchbeck.
The Company has 345,434,858 shares in issue as at today's date and all shares have equal voting rights.
