Notification of Transactions by
Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified today that the Nola Trust (the "Trust"), a trust in which Maroun Semaan, a Director of the Company, and his close family are beneficiaries, sold 2,025,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company (the "Shares") between 8 and 13 September 2010 at an average price of 1385.83 pence per Share.
The Company was also informed that on Friday, 10 September 2010 the Trust transferred 500,000 Shares to members of Mr Semaan's extended family for nil consideration.
Following the above transactions, Mr Semaan currently has a beneficial interest in 28,082,676 Shares, which represents 8.123 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,715,053 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
