Petrofac Limited (the "Company")

Petrofac Limited announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for an additional listing of 48,504 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each fully paid and ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and issued as further contingent consideration in relation to Caltec Limited ("Caltec"). The Company acquired Caltec on 29 August 2008.

Following the above transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 345,870,233 shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
