Results of Annual General Meeting
Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (Princess or the Company) announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed on a show of hands. The proxy votes received on each resolution put to shareholders will shortly be published on the Company's website at:
