Declaration of first interim dividend for FY 2024

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited today declares a first interim dividend of EUR 0.355 per share for FY 2024, in-line with previous guidance to distribute 5% p.a. of the previous year's closing NAV, via semi-annual payments.

The first interim dividend will be paid on 17 June 2024. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 17 May 2024 and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 16 May 2024. The last dates for the currency election and the dividend re-investment plan will be 17 May 2024 and 31 May 2024 respectively.
