Director Declaration - Additional Directorship

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess' or the 'Company') announces that Stephen Le Page, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Company that Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited, a company of which he is also a Non-Executive Director, was admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, with effect from 20 December 2017.
