DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the "Company") have declared that on 20 June 2008 a semi-annual dividend of EUR 0.30 will be paid on each Ordinary Share.

The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 23 May 2008. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 21 May 2008.
