DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors ofΒ Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the "Company")Β haveΒ declared that onΒ 20 June 2008Β aΒ semi-annualΒ dividend ofΒ EURΒ 0.30Β will be paidΒ on each Ordinary Share.
The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will beΒ 23 May 2008. TheΒ correspondingΒ ex-dividend date will beΒ 21 May 2008.
