Board decision on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of EUR 0.27 per Ordinary Share in respect of the current financial year, which will be paid to shareholders on 17 June 2016.

The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 27 May 2016. The corresponding ex-dividend date on the London Stock Exchange will be 26 May 2016.
