Additional Directorship - Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Princess Private Equity Holding Limited announces that Mr Richard Battey, a Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Director of Henderson Global Property Companies Limited with effect from 8 January 2010 and as Director of Better Capital Limited with effect from 24 November 2009.
