PETS AT HOME GROUP PLC

Pets at Home Group Plc announces that Louise Stonier, Chief People and Culture Officer, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Hostmore Limited (which is intended to be renamed as Hostmore plc upon it being re-registered as a public limited company) ("Hostmore").

Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") previously announced its intention to demerge Hostmore and for shares in Hostmore to be admitted to the main market of The London Stock Exchange. Hostmore will be the parent company for the hospitality brands Fridays and 63rd+1st.

Electra has today announced the board composition for Hostmore, including Louise Stonier in the above role of Non-Executive Director and Chair of its Remuneration Committee.
