Dividend Declaration

The Company's board of directors is pleased to announce a partial exit from Secret Food Tours (Essor Ltd). The transaction generated cash proceeds equating to a 5.3x realised return for Pembroke VCT's shareholders, whilst retaining an equity stake in the business.

Following this partial exit, the Company's board of directors has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 2.0 pence per B Ordinary Share on 27 May 2025. The record date for the interim dividend is 25 April 2025, the ex-dividend date is 24 April 2025 and the last date for receipt of elections in respect of the interim dividend under the Company's flexible dividend re-investment scheme is 12 May 2025.
