Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 25 April 2017, Mark Taylor, Chairman of the Company, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.0425 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mark Taylor and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 10,876,861 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.80% of the Company's issued share capital.
