Hamleys Framework Agreement
- Paragon has signed a five year worldwide framework agreement with the Hamleys Group Limited giving it the right of first refusal to undertake design and build services for Attractions and theming of Hamleys World stores
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM: PEL), the AIM-listed design and build company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a five year framework agreement with the Hamleys Group Limited, a global retail toy brand. Paragon will supply specialist design and build skills to Hamleys which is further developing its experiential retail stores by combining retail and theme park-style entertainment. The framework agreement regulates the contractual terms under which Paragon will have the right of first refusal to provide design and build services to Hamleys and its franchisees worldwide for the attractions and interactive thematic experiences.
Commenting on the deal, Mark Pyrah, CEO of Paragon Entertainment, said:
