Director/PDMR Shareholding
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 20 September 2017, Mark Pyrah, Development Director of the Company, transferred 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his father, Colin Pyrah, at a price of 3.35 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, the beneficial interests of Mark Pyrah and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged at 22,542,321 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
