Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the AIM-listed design and build, proprietary attractions and licensing and distribution company, was today informed that Mark Pyrah, a director of the Company, has transferred 2,000,000 shares to his personal pension fund. There has been no change to the underlying beneficial ownership or to Mark Pyrah's ultimate holding in the Company which remains at 22,463,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 11.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
