Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, was today informed that Mark Taylor, Chairman of the Company, through his family trust, today completed the purchase of 136,900 "A" ordinary shares in Paragon Entertainment Investments Limited, a subsidiary of Paragon Entertainment Limited, in respect of which it held an option to acquire these shares, at a share price of 2.5p for a total consideration of £3,422.50. These shares were held by a former director of the company and had been issued to him by way of an incentive scheme established in December 2011, further details of which are set out in the admission document dated 16 December 2011.
Following the transaction, Mark Taylor beneficially owns 10,526,961 ordinary shares through his family trust, representing 5.6% of the Company's issued share capital and 136,900 "A" ordinary shares in Paragon Entertainment Investments Limited, representing 2.5% of the class of "A" ordinary shares in Paragon Entertainment Investments Limited.
