Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the AIM-listed design and build, proprietary attractions and licensing and distribution company, has been informed that the following directors dealings took place on 17 December 2014:
· Mark Pyrah, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.52p each for a total consideration of £2,280. Following the transaction, Mark Pyrah has beneficial interest in 22,364,594 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 11.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
· Mark Taylor, a director of the Company, through his family trust, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 1.52p each for a total consideration of £1,520. Following the transaction, Mark Taylor has beneficial interest in 5,026,861 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 2.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
