Director Change
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production, fit-out business and operator, announces the departure of Robert Hersov as Chairman, effective from 13 December 2013.
Mark Taylor, current Vice-Chairman, will assume Robert's duties and responsibilities on an interim basis.
Mark Pyrah, Chief Executive Officer, said:
"Robert has played a key role in the growth and development of Paragon Entertainment, and has been a valued board member. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Robert for his contribution and guidance over the years, and wish him the very best for the future."
