Further to the announcement on 1 July 2013 of a firm intention to make an offer for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Water Hall Group PLC, Petards Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to confirm it yesterday posted the offer document to Water Hall shareholders containing the offer ("the Offer") together with a circular to shareholders of the Company convening a General Meeting to be held at 12 noon on 8 August 2013 for the purpose, inter alia, of obtaining the authority necessary to implement the Offer.
