Petards Group plc (AIM: PEG), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, announces that John Wakefield, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has, on 5th February 2025, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7 pence each and on 6th February 2025 purchased 78,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.9 pence each. As a result of this transaction John Wakefield holds a total of 128,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
