Total Voting Rights
The Pebble Group announces in compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 167,001,557 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Group holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Group is therefore 167,001,557. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
