PDMR Share Dealing
The Pebble Group, a leading provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry, announces that it received notification on 15 April 2020 that on 14 and 15 April 2020:
Charles Fandos, Chief Strategic Officer of the Company, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 97.8 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following this transaction, Mr Fandos's interest in the Company is 1,225,677 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73% of the Company's total voting rights.
