The Pebble Group, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry announces that Stuart Warriner, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today bought 45,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.24 per Ordinary Share, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Warriner's interest in the Company is 95,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
