Results of General Meeting

On 19 November 2010, Vislink announced the proposed sale of the entire issued share capital of Hernis Scan Systems AS, which was subject to Shareholder approval. A circular was sent to Shareholders on 8 December 2010 giving notice of a General Meeting to consider and approve the proposed sale.
The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed to Shareholders was passed at the General Meeting which took place earlier today.
