In conformity with the Transparency Directive Vislink plc ("Vislink") is required to announce to the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in shares.
Vislink received notice on 23 December 2008 in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Legal & General Group Plc (L&G) no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of Vislink plc. Details of the notification are given below.
