Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pebble Beach Systems Group plc, a leading global software business specialising in solutions for playout automation, and content serving customers in the broadcast markets, announces that it received the following notifications:
From Robin Howe, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 6.9 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Howe is interested in 1,482,578 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
From Graham Pitman, Non-Executive Director, that he and his PCA purchased 70,254 Ordinary Shares at 7.1 pence per share and 327,614 Ordinary Shares at 7.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Pitman and his PCA are interested in a total of 702,068 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.56 cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
