SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - INFORMATION MEMORANDUM
Prairie Mining Limited (Prairie or Company) advises that in relation to the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 21 July 2020, the Polish Information Memorandum (and an English translation in due course) has now been published and will be available on the Company's website at http://www.pdz.com.au/company-reports.
The SPP opened on 23 July 2020 and will close at 5:00pm (Perth time) on 14 August 2020.
The Company encourages shareholders eligible to participate in the SPP to lodge their SPP application forms and/or remit their application ponies as soon as possible as the Company will not accept any late applications and reserves the right, subject to the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules, to vary the closing date without prior notice, including closing the SPP early
