PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on 2.10.2013 as follows:
Rate: 4.00 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date: October 31, 2013.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on October 28, 2013.
