PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on December 23, 2017 as follows:
Rate: 2.50 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date:
The first instalment: January 23, 2018 (1.50 Egyptian pounds )
The second instalment: April 30, 2018 (1.00 Egyptian pounds )
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on January 18, 2018.
