One of the strategic goals of PACHIN is to secure the perpetual right of use ofthese trademarks in order to protect its investments over the years in buildingthe goodwill affiliated with it and to focus its brand building efforts in thefuture. PACHIN announces that it has acquired by way of a final and irrevocableAssignment Agreement with DYRUP all rights, title and ownership relating to thefour aforesaid trademarks together with all proprietary rights affiliated orancillary thereto, including the goodwill of the business symbolized thereby inconnection with the products on which the aforesaid trademarks are used inEgypt, Libya, Sudan, Ethiopia and Somalia.
