Special Dividend
and
Dividend Timetable
PCI-PAL (AIM: PCIP), the customer engagement specialist focussed on secure payment solutions, announces that, following completion of the disposal of IPPlus (UK) Limited and CallScripter Limited (the "Disposal"), its Board has resolved to pay a special dividend of 3.16 pence per share in December 2016 in respect of the current financial year.
As at the time of completion of the Disposal on 30 September 2016, the Company had cash reserves of £4.4m, with additional cash in subsidiaries and amounts owed to the Company by the acquirer of the disposed businesses.
Following receipt of the net proceeds of the Disposal and assessment of the ongoing needs of the business, the Board has therefore decided to pay a special dividend of £1,002,389.22 to shareholders on the PCI-PAL register as of 18 November 2016, equivalent to 3.16 pence per share.
