Result of AGM
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today all but resolution 7 were duly passed. Resolution 7, which related to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, was not passed as a result of voting on a poll taken at the meeting.
