PDMR Share Purchase
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, announces that Darren Gill, Chief Revenue Officer and PDMR, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in PCI Pal on 18 October 2022 at a price of 56.0p.
Following this purchase, Darren Gill owns 88,000 shares representing 0.13% of the total voting rights of the Company.
