The Company also received notification yesterday that following the purchaseyesterday of 178,572 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 14 penceeach, Philip Dayer, the Chairman of the Company, is now interested in 293,619shares, representing 0.99 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
