Pochin's PLC (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Mr Jonathan Pochin, a subsidiary board director, has been gifted 1,200 ordinary shares in the Company, by his grandmother, Mrs Margaret Pochin. Both Mr J. Pochin and Mrs M. Pochin are members of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party. 

Accordingly, Mr J. Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 431,001 ordinary shares in the Company, being 2.07 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. The holding of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party remains unchanged at 2,403,225 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.5 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
