Private & Commercial Fin Group Plc31 August 2007 PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL FINANCE GROUP PLC (the "Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the directors of the Company advise that as of the date ofthis notice: • The total number of ordinary shares of 5p each in issue is 25,958,754, with each share carrying the right to one vote • The total number of 8% unsecured convertible loan notes 2009 of £1 each is 2,278,478. • The total number of 8% unsecured convertible loan notes 2013 of £1 each is 2,676,967 • The loan notes do not carry any voting rights There are no ordinary shares, deferred shares or loan notes held in treasury.
