Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 45,838,928 ordinary shares, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). This figure excludes the 549,587 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 45,838,928 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
