Director/PDMR shareholding
The Board of Palace Capital has been notified that Stanley Davis, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, on 18 January 2018, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 330 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Davis interest in the Company is 1,665,287 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 3.63 per cent. of the voting rights over the Company's share capital.
