Change of Name

Further to the announcement by the Company on 30 July 2010 and the successful passing of the resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting and General Meeting held on that date, including the approval of the change of the Company's name to Palace Capital plc, the Company is pleased to announce that the filing requirements in relation to the change of name have now been completed and dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 a.m. today. The Company's TIDM will also change to "PCA". The Company's ISIN will remain unchanged as GB00B0NN1H91.

In addition, the Company's website address will be amended to reflect the change of name to www.palacecapitalplc.co.uk. In compliance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the updated details of the Company will be available on the new website shortly.
