The Company was informed yesterday that, on 4 June 2019, Anthony Dove, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 6,800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 269 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, 6,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 269.5 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.
Anthony Dove and persons closely associated are interested in 91,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
