The Company was informed yesterday that on 8 July 2020 Anthony Dove, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 180 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 180 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.
