Deferred Bonus Plan - Vesting of Awards Granted 25 September 2017
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the property investment company that focusses on commercial property outside of London, today announces that on 27 September 2018, the independent Trustee of the Palace Capital EBT notified the Company that it had on 27 September 2018 transferred the beneficial interest of 34,024 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid in the Company, being the awards granted on 25 September 2017 under the Palace Capital Deferred Bonus Plan to the Executive Directors listed in the table that follows.
Vesting of these shares was subject to continuous employment over the one-year period from date of grant.
