Palace Capital PLC announces that today, Anthony Dove, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 6,000 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 324 pence per Share and purchased 6,000 Shares at a price of 324.5 pence per Share as a result of a transfer of Shares into an ISA. There will be no change in Anthony Dove's overall holding as a result.
