Notification of Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

PensionBee Group plc ('PensionBee' or the 'Company') notifies that the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') has acquired ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') as set out below.

Christoph J. Martin, a Director of the Company and PDMR acquired 32,554 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of vested options granted under the EMI Option Scheme under the Company's Historical Share Option Plans, namely the PensionBee Limited EMI Share Option Scheme.

Following the transaction, Christoph J. Martin has an interest in 751,664 Ordinary Shares.
