Revised Off-Take Contract

Noventa has successfully renegotiated and signed an amendment to its existing "off-take" agreement which will allow Noventa to reduce the annual quantities of tantalum concentrate it sells under this agreement. This will permit Noventa to sell the remaining annual production to other parties, and thus allow the Company to benefit from increased market prices and a diversified customer base.
